If you're too tired to have sex tonight, apparently it's because you're doing everything wrong.

According to two new studies, if you want to have more sex, just get better sleep. And if you want better sleep, have more sex.

The first study found if you get less than seven hours of sleep a night, you're less likely to have sex. But people who do have sex are more likely to sleep well.

The second study found that for every extra hour you sleep, your chances of having sex the next day goes up 14%.

Of course, in both cases, it's really just about prioritizing your time. If you block out enough time to sleep and have sex they feed each other in a symbiotic relationship. If you don't make enough time for one, it's going to affect the other too.
