Vets Encouraged To Attend Quad Cities Fall Success Fair Thursday
The 9th Annual Quad Cities Fall Success Fair has made its way back around.
The annual Quad Cities Fall Success Fair is scheduled to be held on Thursday, Nov. 14, at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Convention Center Ballroom in Rock Island, Illinois. The event is organized by the Illinois Department of Employment Security, IowaWORKS, the American Job Center, and Rock Island Arsenal.
It's "Where the Quad Cities finds connections for employment, education and services for its Veterans, Citizens, and Transitioning Soldiers."
Scheduled to run from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., the fair will have over 50 booths where employers, educational institutions, and other resources will be available to visitors.
Since 2016, the fair has been held at the Holiday Inn Rock Island, states Mark Gastmann from the Illinois Department of Employment Security.
