Update: Judge Rules That Parents Can Evict 30-Year-Old Son

Last week I brought you the story of the couple in New York that were having some trouble getting their son to move out, so they took him to court and won.

Christina and Mark Rotondo were in court yesterday with their son, 30-year-old Michael. After several attempts to evict their son, they finally won and the court ruled in the parents' favor.

Michael calls the decision "outrageous" and plans to file an appeal. During the 30-minute hearing, he refused to address his parents directly.
