Two Customers Stabbed a Des Moines McDonald’s Employee Over a Missing Item

There's a right way and a wrong way to react when a restaurant messes up your order. Here's the wrong way.

Two guys hit the drive-thru at a McDonald's in Des Moines on Tuesday, and one of the things they ordered wasn't in the bag.

So they parked, went inside, and started fuming about it, and a 19-year-old employee gave them a refund. It sounds like he also gave them their missing item for free. So that should have been the end of it.

But they were still angry. So later on, they came back . . . saw the employee standing outside... and stabbed him.

They both jumped him, and stabbed once in the leg. Apparently he lost a decent amount of blood, but he'll be okay.

Last we heard, police were still looking for the two guys. But security cameras got clear shots of their faces.
