Last year, I talked with Kathy Wine from River Action about what they do in the Quad Cities and some of the events they host year-round.

Kathy is one of the founders of River Action and even though she grew up in central Iowa...she's come to love the river and appreciate everything that surrounds it.

This is the 11th Floatzilla...and the 10th try at breaking the Guinness World Record for largest raft of kayaks and canoes!

The record is 3,150...so we're more than halfway there!
Reminder! Paddlers can also sign up at Lake Potter on the day of the event.

Floatzilla happens Saturday, August 15th
