Teenager Faces $10K Bill After Driving Through Fresh Concrete
19-year-old Shadrach Yasiah could be footing a $10,000 bill after driving his car into some freshly poured concrete and getting stuck.
Police say that the driver won't be cited with anything because it wasn't obvious that the concrete was not dry. City engineers are saying that Yasiah is responsible for paying for repairs however.
