Yesterday, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation shared a Facebook post showing one of the more unusual traffic stops they had over the weekend.

If you can afford the snowmobile, but not the trailer, maybe you shouldn't be hauling the snowmobile anywhere, and wait for the snow to come to you. In Wisconsin, it seems that isn't an option.

A State Trooper pulled over a 1990's Corolla with a snowmobile attached to the roof by what appears to be a single ratchet strap.

State Troopers ask that if you are hauling any large equipment this year, you get a trailer, and use it in a safe and proper manner.

It's really not that uncommon up north, I've seen it a couple of times driving down the road.
