Twin Span Brewing partnering up with Oh So Sweet by Tiphanie to host a beer and cupcake pairing. Sample 4 cupcakes and 4 Twin Span craft beers specially made for this event in a guided tasting by the brewer and baker themselves. Costumes optional but encouraged! Tickets available only ONLINE

Contrary Brewing in Muscatine has their own beer pairing happening Oct 27th-31st. Come sample 4 CBC brews and get 4 candies that pair up with them perfectly. Check out the Contrary facebook page for more details to come!

And its Fallback Brewfest this Saturday! A celebration of Brewing and Beer. Come take advantage of the extra hour given by the end of daylight savings time and celebrate the art of brewing at the 4th Annual Bent River Fall Back Brew Fest in Burlington IA.

Sample 20+ different Bent River Brews at different in house locations. A portion being donated to Des Moines co Humane Society.

Take a tour of the building and brewery. Chat with a Brewmaster. Check out the operation as we brew beer here in downtown Burlington.

The Craft Beer of the Week is from @green_tree_brewery . Their newest IPA...the Ruby Horizon was introduced in 2019 on Friday the 13th 2019 under the Harvest Moon. Their flagship IPA is Floral, fruity, and citrus-like resinous. It' all about hop flavor, aroma and bitterness. Then the blood orange puree is blended in a separate tank, post fremention in small two in a half barrel batchs. This was a one barrel experiment and boom less then two days it was devoured. Ever since then it's been on tap in high demand.
