Sometimes, you just need to take a minute to crack open a cold one and look at where you've gotten yourself.

Sonny Gutierrez Junior went into the Bank of America branch in Riverside, California, to make a withdrawal.

Junior passed a note to the teller saying he had a firearm, demanding money. The teller told hi to go stand in the lobby while she got the money together, so he reached into his pocket and pulled out an "alcoholic beverage," and took a drink.

Police arrived and arrested him without incident.

Junior was charged with Attempted Robbery, but was released after he posted a $30,000 bail.

It's not known what type of drink he was having, just that it was alcoholic.
