River Redemption Small Tire Racing Series in Cordova this Weekend

Have you been to Cordova International Raceway? If you haven't...you really need to go check out this Quad Cities Area treasure. Nestled off the banks of the Mississippi River in beautiful Cordova Illinois, you find an IHRA drag racing facility. It is a 1/4 mile drag strip with concrete walls.

They host racing from April thru October on Friday nights and Saturday nights. Plus, weekly racing along with many special events.

This weekend is one of those special events that you don't want to miss.

It's the fastest racing action in the Midwest! Cordova International Raceway is hosting its River Redemption Small Tire Racing Series this Saturday June 19, 2021.

Racers from around the country will battle it out for a $10,000 purse. That's right...a $10,000 purse! Watch these racers bend the laws of physics as they barrel down the quarter mile track.

Gates open at 10am and the track is hot at Noon. Spectator admission is 20 dollars Kids 6 to 12 are five dollars.
