Ride With Pops Saturday
There's a benefit ride and fundraiser for POPS, Larry Weimer Sr on Saturday night at Choppers. Event ride during the day, and Bug Eye Sprite rocking Chopper's in the evening. Many great raffle items, including a Bike give-away/raffle!
The Ride with Pops benefit ride is this Saturday! Sign in is from 10-12 at Choppers Bar and Grill in East Moline. Last bike in back at Choppers by 5pm sharp. Cars are more than welcome to join. The route is as follows:

Larry Weimer Sr. is a father of three, husband, and all around great guy. Nicknamed Pops, he is always there to lend a helping hand to everyone he meets. Now he needs a little help from his friends.
Sadly Pops was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia on January 29th of 2018. Since that time he has had to sell his home in Tennessee, move back to Illinois with family, and has regular visits to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota. Even with all of the support he has received, the financial burden has proven to be more than any one man can handle alone.
This benefit will help Pops cover the mounting medical and travel expenses for him and his loving wife Peggy in their greatest time of need.
