Or maybe get some workout advise from a World Class Body Builder? All will be available at this event!!

2X NBA Champion, Jason Caffey, who started his career with the Chicago Bulls will be joining a special guest at the Health & Fitness Expo as well as the Hardwood Heroes basketball camp as a guest coach. Jason has been serving his communities by coaching, teaching and sharing his extensive knowledge of hard work on and off the court.

Plus they'll have interactive stations set up where throughout the day you’ll be able to watch live boxing sparring, yoga, jiu-jitsu, weight lifting, dance routines and more.
This will be an expo like you’ve never seen! Tickets are purchased at the door and are only $10 or $5 for 13 and under.
