Police Rescue Puppy From Hot Car, Arrest Owner

Police officers in Manor, Texas were called to a Walmart parking lot after customers discovered an eight-week-old puppy locked inside a car that was sitting in the 100 degree heat.

The puppy, named Annabelle, was found to be overheated, infested with fleas, and had several lesions. 20-year-old Chandler Bullen was charged with cruelty to a non live stock animals.
