Police Pursue Man Riding ATV “Naked As A Jaybird”

Authorities in Clay County, Missouri were led on a pursuit by a man riding a stolen ATV who was, as one witness stated, "naked as a jaybird."

Part of the 20-minute-long chase was captured on the video above. The man went on and off I-435 multiple times before police were able to stop him and make an arrest.
