Yesterday, Davenport Police responded to a highly intelligent driver who drove a truck full of toilet paper be eaten by the truck eating bridge, just a day after police in North Carolina uncovered a stolen tractor-trailer filled with 18,000 lbs of toilet paper.

Police said they won't be releasing the name of the suspects, as toilet paper is a subject "fairly sensitive right now."

A news release shared to Facebook read, "After further investigation, it was determined the 53-foot Hyundai dry-van trailer was reported stolen locally and was being utilized to transport nearly 18,000 pounds of commercial bathroom paper products."

Deputies first started investigating the trailer after a reported traffic violation. The deputies followed the truck to a warehouse distanced from the road, where they determined it was stolen.

Recovered from the trailer were 18,000 lbs of bathroom paper products.

Police helped to get the bathroom paper to its proper place.
