Ohio Man Arrested For Peeing on Halloween Candy at Kohl’s

Listen up, retailers: This is what happens when you end our summer prematurely by pushing Halloween stuff in August.

48-year-old Christopher Burks was at a Kohl's in Toledo, Ohio on Monday and, apparently, he had to pee. He wound up relieving himself all over $603 worth of Halloween candy.

The store got the whole thing on video and the cops arrested Christopher for misdemeanor criminal damage.
