News Report Photobombed by Legendary Costume

The West Hollywood Santa Monica Boulevard Carnival is known for its crazy costumes and being an all around out of control party. It's known as the largest Halloween party in the world.

A local Hollywood news station went out to report on the party, only to be photobombed by someone in a Dwyer costume. The reporter moved over to the side but the guy just persisted in being on the news.
