New Voice of the Quad City Mallards Announced

Bob McNamara, General Manager of the Mallards, stopped by the Dwyer & Michaels Morning Show today to announce the new P.A. voice of the team.

If you missed it, I'm happy to say that I, Goose, will be the new voice of our Quad City Mallards!

I've been a huge hockey fan for a long time and I couldn't be more honored that the Mallards asked me to be their P.A. I've been fortunate enough fill in for great talents like Guy Perry and Jim Albrecht in the past. That experience will certainly help with all the chaos that surrounds these duties.

It's pretty crazy in that booth, as you are getting information from director on the headset, on ice refs, off ice officials, to players screaming from the penalty box. Game day is truly a whirlwind, and I freaking have a blast being part of it!

The Mallards open their 2017-18 season at the iWireless Center on Friday, October 13th against the Toldeo Walleye. Season tickets are available now and single game tickets will go on sale in September.
