Mr. Peanut is Getting His Own Craft Beer

It's 2018 and craft breweries have to do something weird if they want to stand out from the hundreds of other brewing companies out there.

The latest is a beer that tastes like Mr. Peanut. Noon Whistle Brewing out of Lombard, Illinois had teamed up with Planters to create a new beer called Mr. IPA-Nut. You can't miss it, the can has Mr. Peanut's face right on the can.

The brew also comes with his signature peanut flavor. Planters says the beer, "has a unique citrus aroma with a hint of honey-roasted peanuts followed by a slightly salty finish."

If you want to try it for yourself, you're in luck. Mr. IPA-Nut goes on sale this weekend at the brewery and will be available at a bunch of stores in the Chicagoland area.
