Millions of Americans Will Call in Sick Today

As you walk into work this morning, you might notice that the office is pretty empty.

A report found that over 1.5 millions people will call in sick today, the day after the Super Bowl. Even if they don't call in, millions will also be late.

Experts say that employers could help productivity along by either punishing workers that had too much fun or by throwing their own party. Employers could also "nurse the hangovers" by providing breakfast or making Monday a fun day.

Tim Eisenhauer, the president of Axero Solutions suggests bringing in a comedian, a funny speaker, a musician, or a spread of food. He continues by saying a bit of fun can be beneficial to an employers bottom line.
