After purchasing his tickets, the technician went home and forgot about the draw until the next morning. Using the Maryland Lottery app, he scanned his tickets and was stunned to discover he had won $50,000 on each one—adding up to a jaw-dropping $500,000 prize.
“I couldn’t believe it when I saw the results,” he said, recalling the excitement of the moment. He immediately shared the news with his mother, who was thrilled for him.
