A former forklift operator turned social media influencer has gone viral after using Instagram to document his gradual plan to turn his entire body blue.

Donnie Snider, 26, says he's "living life in strange-mode." He was first introduced to body art after he had his sister tattoo tattoo his foot and part of his leg turquoise in 2017.

Donnie lives in a "clapped-out transit bus" and makes his living now selling earrings. He said he gets questions from strangers online and in person all the time.
Questions from strangers about my genitals have increased by 10,000 per cent.
He says he had confidence issues before the tattooing began, and he started to shut himself off to the world. "Over several years I had been isolating myself, and making efforts to tone down my less-than-pragmatic impulses, out of fear and lack of confidence – and I was extremely miserable."

Donnie says his friends just ignored it, but they don't notice it now. His mom was annoyed with him at first over the idea, but now has accepted the blue as the new normal.
