Man Caught Having Sex on Ferris Wheel Killed in Carjacking

Phillip Panzica, who just a month ago was caught having sex on the High Roller Ferris wheel in Las Vegas, was killed over the weekend during a carjacking.

The 27-year-old was gunned down around 5am outside of the strip club that his fiance dances at. Houston police arrested Bryant Watts and Arron Jones in connection to the attack.
