Man Arrested For DUI Twice in Nine Hours
Early last week, Travis Baker's day went from really good to really bad, then really, really bad.
Travis, 38, was out driving before midnight Tuesday when he sideswiped a car in Stafford County, Virginia.
The Stafford County Sheriff's Office said a deputy found a controlled substance in Baker's pocket during the arrest.
He was charged with DUI, possession of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended license.
Around 7:15am, Travis was released on bail.
An hour and a half later, Baker, once again intoxicated, crashed a box truck into a wooded area.
When administered a field sobriety test, Travis was slurring his speech.
Once again, a controlled substance was found in the truck, and once again, Travis received the same three charges.
This time, he's being held in jail without bond.
