If you've seen A New Hope, you know that Luke's Landspeeder had to be sold to be able to charter he, Obi-Wan, C-3PO, and R2-D2 on the Millenium Falcon. His X-34 only sold for 2,000 credits, because since the XP-38 came out, they just weren't in demand.

Whoever he sold the speeder to kept it in good shape, presumably because they knew it'd be worth some money down the road. A long time after that, in a galaxy far, far away, with the speeder being sold from person to person, and somehow we ended up with it for the weekend.

We're bringing the Landspeeder to the 37th Annual Rod and Custom Show. It's this weekend (January 24-26), and if you're active or retired military, you get in for free on Friday.

On Saturday between 11am-1pm, pick up your 2020 Dwyer & Michaels Classic Car Calendar, and get it signed too. Come dressed as your favorite Star Wars character and get your calendar for free.

Bring the family and have fun at the best Midwest auto, motorcycle and product show.

The Rod & Custom Show will be open from:

  • Friday 1/24 1-9PM
  • Saturday 1/25 10AM-9PM
  • Sunday 1/26 10AM-3PM
