In a way to raise money for their program, Iowa ProStart students will face off in a cooking contest tomorrow night.

On October 21st, ProStart students from Davenport Community Schools and Burlington High School will face off in a Top Chef style challenge at the Waterfront Convention Center in Bettendorf.

With one hour on the clock, four student teams will work with a professional chef to produce an appetizer and an entrée for judging.

A new twist to this year's challenge will come with a twist, where the students will have to create a "tofu beverage" using the all-new Mori-Nu Fortified Silken Tofu.

The students will have 60 minutes to complete the challenge.

ProStart's cookoff takes place October 21st at the Quad Cities Waterfront Convention Center from 5:30-8:30pm.

Tickets cost $20 per person, or you can do a sponsored table for $300, which includes 10 tickets and logo recognition.

Reservations can be made at

Dwyer will be the Master of Ceremonies for the evening.
