Jeopardy Contestant Proposes to Girlfriend Mid-Show

If you're not a daily Jeopardy watcher like most members of the morning show are, you probably missed this sweet moment on last night's episode.

Michael Pascuzzi ultimately came in second behind the returning champion, but he still went home a winner. In the middle of the show, during the segment when Alex Trebek interviews the contestants, Michael popped the question.

Trebek and the rest of the Jeopardy crew were in on it, so when the host got to Michael he said he had nothing on his card. Michael took over and said, "I just wanted to say one quick thing, and ask Maria Shafer if she would make me a winner today and marry me. Will you marry me?"

She said yes, but then corrected herself and answered in the form of a question, "What is, 'Yes'?"
