Run To The Party In Downtown Davenport At Bix Mix '26

'Tis the season for running! Or not!

Luckily for most of us, you don't have to be running the Bix to enjoy the festivities. The traditions are back: parties all over downtown Davenport, including the classic Bix Mix.

It's somehow already that time of the year. The 2026 Bix 7 race is just a few weeks away and even if you're not running it, it's the perfect excuse to check out all of the festivities in downtown Davenport.

If You're Bored That's On You: Your Guide To Bix Weekend 2026 Parties in Downtown Davenport

One classic party is returning for another year: the Bix Mix will be on 3rd Street in downtown Davenport on both Friday night (June 24th) and Saturday, pretty much all of Bix day, the 25th).

After Friday night, the party on 3rd continues, starting at 11:00 a.m. Besides vendors, food, and drinks, there will be live music all day!

The lineup looks like this:

11:00 a.m.- QC Rock Academy
6:00 p.m.-Wyatt Weipert and For Those About to Yacht ($6 admission)
After: Pork Tornadoes

Bix Mix is hosted by Daiquiri Factory, Mac's Tavern, Kilkenny's, The Carriage Haus, and the Capitol Theatre, and the Downtown Davenport Partnership.

Whether or not you're planning on running the Bix or just accomplishing nothing but vibes, the Bix Mix is a great place to sing at the top of your lungs in the middle of 3rd Street.

As for the Bix this year, it starts at 8:00 a.m. There will be plenty of places along the route to cheer on the runners before you go down to 3rd for the Bix Mix.
