Is This Barge On The Mississippi Sinking?

Early this morning, a barge on the Mississippi River just south of the I-80 bridge began taking on water.

Assistance was required to pump water from the sinking vessel, as these pictures show.  At press time, the Towboat crew were still working on the issue.

Klinger showed up to offer assistance, but, frankly, what help could a guy on shore who is not a strong swimmer offer?
