Iowa State Patrol Catches Speeder Driving 120mph

Our friend Trooper Dan with the Iowa State Patrol shared a photo from a fellow officer who caught a speeder early this morning who was driving 120mph.

"Trooper catches another high speed driver. I’m not sure on the details but I know he was not going to work on a Monday morning. Plz watch ur speed & have a safe week"

Driving at this speed can be considered "Reckless driving" and can be punishable with a conviction which "carries up to 30 days in jail and/or $25 to $625 in fines," according to DrivingLaws.org.
