Pay attention young people. If you're looking for the best place to live, you can't go wrong with the Quad Cities or Iowa in general.

WalletHub crunched the numbers and figured out the best states for millennials. Their research is based off things like median home value and household income, home value-to-income ratio, and labor participation. The then narrowed it down to ages between mid-20s to mid-30s.

The Top 10 is as followed:

  1. Massachusetts
  2. District of Columbia
  3. Washington
  4. Minnesota
  5. Wisconsin
  6. Colorado
  7. Iowa
  8. Utah
  9. Pennsylvania
  10. California

Just because Iowa was ranked in the Top 10 doesn't mean Illinois got the shaft. Illinois was ranked 11th in the country. So if this were Spinal Tap they'd be ranked with the rest of us.
