Iowa Is The Least Stressed State In The Nation

A new study ranks all 50 states from the most stressed to the least stressed. And Iowa came out as the least stressed state in the U.S.

The study looked at the six biggest causes of stress: commute times, unemployment, average work hours, population density, home price versus income, and number of people uninsured.

The ten least stressed states are:

1. Iowa
2. Minnesota
3. Nebraska
4. North Dakota
5. South Dakota
6. Vermont
7. Wisconsin
8. Utah
9. Kansas
10. Maine

New Jersey took the spot as the most stressed out state. Illinois just missed making it into the top ten stressed out states and is ranked at #13.
