Instant Justice Gets Served to Highway Shoulder Driver

It's nice to see people that are blatantly breaking the law receive swift justice. Somebody in Georgia got fed up with the slow moving traffic jam and got a lesson in patience from the local law enforcement.

The driver comes cruising up on the right-hand shoulder. What they realize all too late is that a cop is sitting ahead of them in the same traffic jam.
