House For Sale (may need to be repainted)
Every job has its perks. Mine are pretty obvious. It's a pretty cush gig. Concert tickets. Paid to go to bars. Listening to music. No dress code.
Every job also has it's downsides. My neighborhood isn't the greatest. There's carpet from the 70's on my studio wall. Sometimes the music from our top 40 station bleeds down the hall. Sometimes there are crazy ladies in their house coat yelling at me from the alley to stop "talking to [her] through the radio" (true story).
On the bright side, I don't have to try & convince a nice family that THIS place...is a great place to raise their children.
