911 Call About Dismembered Bodies Leads to Finding Floating Mannequins

The California Highway Patrol said troopers were responding to a report of body parts floating in some water next to a highway ramp.

CHP said a truck driver passing by the on-ramp caught a glimpse of what he thought was a body dump and called 911 to report it.

Troopers arrived at the scene quickly, only to discover torsos, arms, and legs floating in the water, all belonging to mannequins.

The body parts look convincing in the photos posted on CHP's Facebook post from the edge of the water, so just imagine what that'd look like driving by at 80mph.
