Police are looking for two guys in a trespassing case that makes less sense the further the story goes.

According to police in Evansville, IN, two suspects allegedly broke and entered a Denny's at 2:02am, and “went into the kitchen and prepared some eggs.”

The duo departed a few minutes later, but then returned at 2:58am and "make some more eggs" before departing Denny's at 3:04am.

Evansville Police's Report noted that the pair didn't force entry into the restaurant, which closed at 11pm, and that “the door seemed to be open both times."

After the two were inside the restaurant in their second entry, a Denny's worker “arrived on scene, confronted them, and told them to leave.” The report did not say how that worker knew about the entry.

The damages sustained to the Denny's suffered a total cost of $1, according to the report.
