Valdez was arrested in January and now faces a total of 41 charges between the two states. 25 of the charges are in Oregon.

The Hillsboro District Attorney’s Office in Oregon said Valdez would approach girls and tell them he was a reflexology student, which means he was learning about therapeutic stress relief.

Prosecutors said he would then tell the victims he would give them free foot rubs before taking the foot rubs too far.

When giving them the foot rubs, he would lick their toes, sniff their feet, and take pictures of the feet without their consent.

It was after the initial story broke that more women came forward on social media posts, saying they had similar experiences with him as well.

The authorities down in Fresno have issued a statement on him as well, as they believe there will be more vicitms.

It should be noted that in addition to these pending charges, there is a local warrant for the defendant’s arrest in Fresno, California, involving 10 incidents involving similar conduct. According to police reports, one of the incidents involved a 14-year-old, massage of her feet under false pretenses and the defendant exposing and masturbating his penis in her presence. According to Detectives at the Fresno Police Department, the defendant feigned a medical condition to avoid being taken into custody on their case.

Valdez was in court for a pre-trial hearing on April 15th, and his judge requested his release on bail, but the judge denied.
