Florida Woman Let Minors Photograph Her Nude Outside Of Dollar Store
A Florida woman allegedly visited a Dollar General store with only a loose towel and a can of Four Loko in her hand. While there, she reportedly allowed a pair of minors to capture images and videos of her naked body.
Giselle Robinson, age 36, was apprehended by the authorities this week.
The court documents show that Robinson was arrested and charged with two counts of lewd or lascivious exhibition, a felony of the second degree.
Responding To A Complaint
The probable cause affidavit states that an officer from the Mascotte Police Department responded to a complaint about a woman who had allegedly exposed herself to two minors outside the Dollar General at about 9:30 pm on Monday.
According to the complaint, the employee who contacted the police officer had spoken with the two minors regarding Robinson's actions. The officer found Robinson wearing only a towel wrapped around her body while holding a can of Four Loko alcoholic beverage. She allegedly told the officer that walking around in public with just a towel was a normal practice for her.
According to official records, Robinson appeared visibly intoxicated when an officer confronted her. She claimed she wore the outfit because she was "too lazy to put any clothes on."
Taking Video
Meanwhile, a Dollar General employee reported that a young witness had recorded a naked woman in the parking lot using a cell phone. The juvenile in question shared the footage with the employee, prompting the officer to contact their guardian and ask for their return to the store.
Upon their arrival, both juveniles confirmed that they saw Robinson leaving the nearby Circle K, approaching them, and asking for a lighter while naked. They recorded the incident, which allegedly displayed Robinson exposing her genital and buttock areas by dropping her towel in front of them.
What Surveillance Footage Captured
Robinson was caught on video surveillance as she walked between the Circle K and Dollar General stores.
According to the affidavit, Robinson was naked and failed to cover her body multiple times, even though she had a towel. This resulted in her "displaying her breasts and genitals" in public, and she continued to walk toward the Dollar General store.
To help her avoid being processed in a towel, the Dollar General store gave her a white T-shirt and basketball shorts as a "donation."
Robinson was later booked into the Lake County Jail and is currently being held on $4,000 bond, as per jail records.
