Alcohol-Fueled Argument Escalates in Fort Pierce

A Florida woman is facing a domestic battery charge after allegedly assaulting her ex-partner with an unusual weapon—a dildo—during a heated argument. Police in Fort Pierce responded to a residence Sunday after reports of a disturbance involving 50-year-old Julissa Negron and a 52-year-old man.

According to authorities, Negron was temporarily staying with her ex while gathering belongings before relocating from Puerto Rico to Connecticut. While their interactions had reportedly been civil the day before, tensions flared when alcohol was introduced. The victim told police that Negron became disorderly and initiated arguments about his Instagram activity.

From Verbal Dispute to Unconventional Attack

As the dispute escalated, Negron allegedly got in the man’s face in what he believed was an attempt to provoke him. When he threatened to call 911, she responded by retrieving a dildo and striking him with it.

The police report does not detail where the dildo came from or whether it was confiscated as evidence. When officers arrived, the victim warned them that Negron was inside, unclothed, and might attempt to expose herself to authorities. He also shared a history of past abusive behavior that led him to temporarily leave his own home.

Police Intervention and Legal Consequences

Officers found Negron in a state of agitation, smelling of alcohol, and unable to provide a coherent account of the incident. She was arrested at the scene and booked into the county jail on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge.

Negron was released Monday evening on a $1,000 bond and is set to appear in court on March 24. A judge has issued a no-contact order between her and the victim. The pair, married in Connecticut in 2003, are no longer together, though it is unclear whether they have officially divorced.
