Florida Teen Gets Drunk in Walmart, Grabbed EMT’s Crotch

18-year-old Shellby Conder of Sumter County, Florida is facing multiple charges after drinking five beers in Walmart and then assaulting an EMT.

Conder allegedly approached the manager in Walmart and told them that she drank five cans of beer from the alcohol aisle and that she was drunk. Deputies approached her outside of the bathrooms and she told them she was drunk as well.

When the responding deputies tried to arrest her, Conder resisted and kicked one in the leg. As she was being evaluated by paramedics, she grabbed one in the crotch.

While in the back of the patrol car, she told them, “I’m sorry to who I hit.” She is charged with battery on a officer, larceny petit theft and resisting officer with violence.
