Florida Man Arrested for Squirting Conditioner on Women’s Butts at Target

Brian Dijon Boyd was arrested in Tampa, Florida on Sunday after police connected him to a series of encounters at a Target involving him squirting hair conditioner on the butts of female shoppers while pleasuring himself.

Surveillance video showed the 27-year-old “knowingly and intentionally squirting white in color hair conditioner” on four women. During each encounter Boyd's sweat pants were “pulled down away from the waist area” and he was “stroking what appeared to be his penis.”

Boyd escaped from the store after he was confronted by a sheriff's deputy. He was later arrested and charged with six misdemeanors, including fours counts of battery and indecent exposure.
