Tucson, Arizona crews responded to a call of a man calling for help inside of a house. When emergency crews arrived, they found a man stuck in the chimney.

Using a rescue ring and a rope on a crane, the crews pulled the man out safely, and got him down to the ground where police were waiting.

Turns out he wasn't the owner of the home. Tuscon Police said the home was sitting vacant when the man tried to get into the house St. Nick style. He was charged with trespassing and possession of a dangerous drug, and even had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

Police have not released any more information since the event.
