Escort Shoots Man in Head For Performing Oral Sex Wrong

21-year-old Marissa Elizabeth Wallen told police that she shot a man in the back of the head because he performed oral sex wrong.

The escort took the 36-year-old Everett, Washington man's wallet after shooting him and spent $12,000 with his credit cards. Police say she had visited the man about half a dozen times prior to the shooting.

The victims mother and coworkers called 911 after concern arose from him not logging on for work and not responding to messages.

Officers found him sitting against a wall in his bedroom with dried blood on his head. There were no signs of forced entry and he was still awake, but unable to speak. A CT scan showed two bullets in his brain.

Warren was charged Friday with first-degree assault and first-degree robbery.
