Tune Into 97X Saturday During Red, White & Boom

Don't miss the best fireworks display in the Quad-Cities, right over the Mississippi River, with great music provided by Classic Rock 97X.

This year, Red White & Boom with music provided by 97X will begin at 9:00 on August 15th.

It's a reschedule from July 3rd, when the weather was uncooperative, dumping rain over the entire QCA's celebrations.

You can view the fireworks from multiple places along the river, including Modern Woodmen Park after the River Bandits take on the Fort Wayne Tin Caps.

The firework celebration coincides with the Alternating Currents festival, which highlights the areas best art, music and comedy.

You'll be able to spend the day seeing the greatest arts the Quad Cities and beyond has to offer, and then cap the night off with a huge fireworks display.
