Driver Busted Using Chucky Doll As Passenger in Carpool Lane

Just because the Chucky doll comes alive and gets all stabby in the "Child's Play" movies, that doesn't mean Chucky counts as a human.

A guy was pulled over in Contra Costa County, in northern California on Thursday afternoon for driving in the carpool lane solo. He had strapped a Chucky doll in the other seat to make it look like he had a passenger.

The California Highway Patrol gave him a $490 ticket.
