Davenport Burglar Has Been Arrested

The man who broke into a house on Farnam St in Davenport Monday morning has been arrested.

Davenport Police booked Seth Lawrence Simonin (30) into the Scott County Jail at 3:46 this afternoon and charged him with 3rd degree burglary, criminal mischief in the 4th, and 4th degree theft for breaking into Nick Fletcher's house and stealing a purse, Christmas presents, money and prescription drugs,

He's currently being held on a $7,000 bond and is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
