A Chicago man was arrested a while back after punching a woman in the face and kicking a cop in the groin. Six days after he was released from jail, he once again punched a woman in the face and kicked a cop in the groin.

Once a groin kicker always a groin kicker I guess.

On Tuesday, James Killingsworth punched a woman in the face on the CTA and kicked another Chicago cop in the groin.

This is not the first time Killingsworth has been in trouble with the law. Back in 2020, he was arrested for stealing a woman's phone from her hand as she was walking down the street. As he was running away with her device, a witness tripped him and a police officer who happened to be in the area took him into custody.

Killingsworth said, “When I get out of these handcuffs, I’m going to beat your b*tch ass.” He then kicked the cop in the groin.

Killingsworth was also linked to a previous case where a woman was punched in the face and had her phone stolen out of her hand.

This man must have some kind of kink with taking phones and punching women's faces.

A judge sentenced Killingsworth to four concurrent three-year prison sentences for aggravated battery of a peace officer, theft, attempted robbery, and aggravated battery in a public place.

He arrived at Stateville Correctional Center last Wednesday, October 19. After receiving credits for time spent in jail and the state’s standard 50% sentence reduction, he went home the same day, according to IDOC records.

Six days after his release guess what he did... Bingo.

Once again he punched a woman in the face and kicked a cop in the groin.

He is charged with felony aggravated battery of a peace officer and misdemeanor battery.
