Baby On the Way

My wife Katie and I are adopting a baby that is due next Monday. We've finished the nursery and have stacks of supplies stored away. I have a 13 year old from my first marriage but that seems like forever ago.

As a parent, what is your best piece of advice to make this experience the best it can be? Because I know that even though we think we are ready, we probably aren't.
