Word From The Captain

Phoenix Fire Capt. Kim Ragsdale stated that the crews kept constant contact with him and provided water throughout the rescue. Following the successful operation, they transported Guzman to a nearby hospital, where he is in stable condition.

“Crews were able to monitor him, monitor the atmosphere around him at all times, they were able to have contact with him at all times, speak to the gentlemen and provide water for him,” said Ragsdale.

Phoenix police informed Arizona’s Family that once Guzman is released from the hospital, he will face charges of criminal trespassing and violating an Order of Protection.
