According to a new survey, a third of millennials wish they'd grown up in their parents' generation, because life was so much simpler.

Of the 2,179 millennials (people born between 1981-2000) surveyed, a third said that they would have preferred to have grown up when their parents did. 48% even said they felt that the future looked gloomier than it was for their parents.

Millenials cited economic issues like owning a home, job security, and retirement funding as major concerns.
